Frank’s wife Nada found Frank sitting on the middle stair of a 3 stair step down to the living area.
Frank was weak in physical strength, unable stand up, however he was breathing and talking.
Frank asked Nada to get him a pair of undies and track pants.
Nada said “don’t worry about the undies”.
Frank said he was cold and asked for a blanket.
9.30am Nada called the ambulance.
Ambulance officer asked Frank’s birthdate.
Nada incorrectly said 1 October 1961. Frank corrected Nada to say 1962.
Shows Frank was fully cognitive at 9.30am.

Nada calls Krista: Tells Krista Frank is not answering.
Nada asks Krista to leave Nada’s unit/house keys in mailbox.
Krista chooses not to go into Frank and Nada’s unit to check on Frank.

Nada arrives at unit. Frank sitting on middle of 3 steps in hallway.
Nada and Frank talk. Nada says, “I can’t fix this baby”.
“We don’t know what we’re doing but we know we’re doing it wrong.”
